Microsoft is rolling out a new version 2.28.0.39 of Skype today to Windows Phone. The version jump if you notice is very small making this update a minor one & mostly bug-fixes.

The last update to Skype brought a new compact design & there were some significant performance improvements too. This update though carries no change-log
