Microsoft today unveiled its most affordable Lumia till date ‘Lumia 430 Dual SIM‘ in India. The device has been priced at INR 5,299 (USD 84). A launch price of INR 5,299 means the price shall come down to INR 4,000 very soon and at this price if anybody wants to try a flawless Windows Phone OS which has 1 GB of RAM, 8GB Internal Memory and free offline navigation powered by HERE then Lumia 430 is definitely a great deal.
After acquiring & closing the Nokia deal almost a year ago, Microsoft has started with its Store re-branding exercise & has launched its first ever ‘Microsoft Priority Reseller Store‘ in Gurgaon, India today. The store was unveiled by Chris Weber, CVP, Mobile Device Sales at Microsoft.

It is being rumored for long now that Microsoft will be launching both the recently announced Lumia 640 & Lumia 640 XL in India at a great price.
Now if that turns out to be right, then it’s easy to say that Microsoft have struck Gold already because the specs of the both the devices are utter perfect and they might turn out to be the next Lumia 520 or Lumia 535 in terms of success.
Microsoft is very much present at MWC 2015 and the outcome of it on the first day is the unveiling of two new Lumias viz. Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL.
This also marks the beginning of possibly a new naming convention – one regular device & another the XL version of it.
We are pretty close to MWC 2015 event & infact MS is expected to take stage tomorrow. MWC is all about Mobiles & Microsoft’s presence at MWC definitely means more Lumia’s.
After the cancellation of flagship ‘McLaren’ last year, MS has been rather silent & all focus has shifted to the mid & low-end segment. Of-course complete focus towards the low-end segment is not what many would appreciate but that definitely has yielded results for MS with increase in volume share of the Lumias.
